Plexus Technology Group, Inc. Privacy Statement

Plexus Technology Group regards the privacy and security of user information as a critical component of the use of the Plexus Technology Group website (sometimes called the “Website”) and the services provided through the Website (sometimes called the “Services”). The following privacy statement (“Privacy Statement”) discloses Plexus Technology Group’s policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of information on the Website.

Information Collected

Plexus Technology Group may collect both Aggregate Information and Personally Identifiable Information on the Website.

“Aggregate Information” is information that describes the trends, aggregate statistics, habits and other behavioral traits of the users of the Website as a group but does not indicate the identity of a particular user. Generally, this information is collected through “traffic data” and may entail the use of “Cookies”, “IP addresses” or other numeric codes used to identify a computer. The use of “Cookies” on the Website is explained in more detail below in the IP Address and Cookies section.

“Personally Identifiable Information” refers to information you voluntarily provide to Plexus Technology Group that tells us specifically who you are, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, or telephone number.

In general, you may visit the Website without telling Plexus Technology Group who you are or submitting any personally identifiable information. However, it is necessary to provide Personally Identifiable Information to register for the Services, which information may include your name, mailing address, telephone, email address, health and patient information, and emergency contact information, among other things. Medical professionals may need to provide contact and patient information.

In some cases Plexus Technology Group uses suppliers to collect, use, analyze and otherwise process information on its behalf. It is Plexus Technology Group’s practice to require such suppliers to handle information in a manner consistent with Plexus Technology Group’s policies.

Any Personally Identifiable Information or other submission you provide to Plexus Technology Group must be true, accurate, current, non-misleading, and consistent and relevant for the purpose for which you are providing the information. In addition, you hereby covenant to Plexus Technology Group that you are 18 years of age or over, and have the authority to provide the information submitted to and through the Website.

When Plexus Technology Group collects Personally Identifiable Information from you through the use of the Services, Plexus Technology Group may extract some information about that transaction in a non-identifying format and combine it with other non-identifying information. This information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate level to help Plexus Technology Group understand trends and patterns. This information is not reviewed at an individual level.

Plexus Technology Group collects information through the use of various technologies, including one called “cookies”. A cookie is a piece of data that a web site can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your computer as an anonymous tag that identifies your computer but not you. Some Website pages use cookies or other technologies to better serve you when you return to the Website. You can set your browser to notify you before you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it.

The Website may use web beacons or other technologies to better enable the Website to provide better service. When a visitor accesses certain pages of the Website, a notice (which does not contain any Personally Identifiable Information) of that visit is generated which may be processed by Plexus Technology Group or by its suppliers or business partners. These web beacons usually work in conjunction with cookies. If you don’t want your cookie information to be associated with your visits to these pages, you can set your browser to turn off cookies.

Use of Aggregate Information

Plexus Technology Group may use Aggregate Information to perform statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of our users and visitors, to measure user behavior regarding specific areas of the Website and use of the Services and to analyze how and where best to use resources. Without such data, Plexus Technology Group would not know which parts of the Website or Services are the most popular, and would not be able to change and update the content and Services appropriately. Plexus Technology Group may use Aggregate Information to help diagnose problems with its servers, to administer the Website, and for product and service monitoring and improvement. Aggregate Information and the reports and analyses for which it is used may be shared with third parties; however, in no event will such shared information identify you or determine anything personal about you.
